MMD Modular Sizing Stations
MMD Modular Sizing Stations are designed to suit a wide range of applications. The MMD Modular Sizing Stations can be built to be fully mobile with a MMD Twin Shaft SizerTM and MMD Heavy Duty Apron Plate Feeder to form a self contained SizerTM Station. The modules are bolted to a central frame thereby allowing ease of transport. MMD Mobile SizersTM are used in many different applications world wide.
The MMD SizerTM equipment ranges in scope from small coal handling machines producing 25mm product to hard rock machines handling lumps up to 3m3 at 10,000TPH.
Whether it be sizing coal or in pit primary sizing with a fully mobile rig, MMD has the answer.

MMD Apron Plate Feeders
The MMD Apron Plate Feeder is a heavy duty feeder with a unique rolled steel tray design to maximise strength. Caterpillar running gear is used utilising standard componentry enabling easy access to parts.
The MMD heavy duty apron plate feeders incorporate many unique features which combine to ensure minimum down time or interuption to production, during planned maintenance or inspection.
When overhall of major parts is required, the design enables easy change out in minimal time.

MMD SizersTM
The performance of the MMD Twin Shaft SizerTM, with its ability to process wet, sticky material, hard, dry rock, or a combination of both through the same machine, has proved to be the ideal sizing solution on numerous materials. Machines available are capable of handling sizes of up to 3 cubic meters with capacities in excess of 10,000 tonnes per hour with a final product size of 250mm, to machines capable of producing a minus 30mm product.
